Another change of plans, this time I hope it's the last, at least for a while! Please, bear with me…
I'm having trouble keeping up with the book club, for several reasons, including the fact that it's a bit of a chaotic period on a personal level, and I have to say that I'm feeling a heavy burden, as if I were being constrained by having a pre-set book to read and to which I must dedicate so much time, both for research for any articles I should publish, and because I can't read anything else.
Lately, I have to admit that I'm already reading very little of my own, plus every time I think "Ah, I could read a little", I'm tied to the book club book and can't read anything else. I really want to rededicate myself to reading the books I had already started and abandoned.
So, well, I've decided to cancel the book club.
It was a difficult decision, but I think it's the best thing to do to get back to appreciating reading and writing articles for this newsletter.
I was stuck during this period, I struggled to keep up with the other articles, and my creativity suffered.
As for the chat, I still have to decide what to do, whether to keep it as a place to talk freely about what we are reading, give each other reading tips, etc or I don't know…if any of you have ideas, you can write them in the comments.
At the moment I'm closing it until I decide how to use it.
Now I can go back to developing everything that was left on standby and there are so many goodies coming, stay tuned!
First of all, my fall reading guide will be out very soon, and I'm super excited and satisfied with how it's coming out.
Soon, paid subscribers’ content will also start to come out, so if you are not yet subscribed, I'll leave you the link with the discount code that will be active for a few more days, thanks to which you will have a 20% discount on your plan forever.
What can I say, I thank you in advance for your patience and affection, which is always so much appreciated.
See you very soon,
Nicole
this is bittersweet— I too was playing the “should I read this or that in my 20 minutes of free time” game & I wasn’t even burdened with the idea of producing content on it, so I can’t imagine how frustrating that was for you! that aside, I’m so looking forward to your reading guide!! ❤️
