I also love taking a chance on obscure (female) authors in second hand book shops … recently: ‘love is a solitary game’ by esther tusquets - strange, beautiful, at times disturbing writing - and ‘reckless appetites’ by jacqueline deval - totally delightfull and unique book. and lately i’ve been obsessed with translations of colette 🪶

i hope i run into some of your recommendations, somewhere … <3
